On our specially equipped production machines we manufacture ultra thin foil and strip from metals and alloys such as:

Copper, tombak, brass, bronze, copper-nickel, nickel, nickel-silver, fine silver and CIC-composite material (copper/invar/copper).

Our area of expertise is in extremely thin foil, focussing on thickness range between 0.006 mm to 0.100 mm (6 µm - 100 µm).
Due to the fact that no standard specification exists for foils in that thickness range, we have created specifications according our decades of experience.
For special requirements and qualities made from pure copper, we are in a position to offer strips up to a maximum thickness of 0.500 mm (500 µm).
The minimal thickness is entirely dependant on the alloy and quality required.

Our specially equipped slitting machines can produce foil in a width range from 1 mm up to 650 mm, depending on alloy and quality. For special applications we are currently looking at the range below 1 mm
