Sometimes the physical and electrical properties of copper, copper alloys and other metals in our production program are not sufficient for special applications.

We are in a position to offer following possibilites of surface plating and surface finishing: 

-   Tin-cladding
-   Reflow tinning
-   Hot-dip tinning
-   Silvering
-   Alu-cladding
-   Nickel-cladding
-   Cu-Treatment acc. IPC-4562
-   Degreasing

We can adjust the appearance of the surfaces of our foil from matt to very shiny.


Advantages of our surface upgraded foils are:

-   Equal layer thickness across the whole foil
-   The same surface appearance
-   Narrow thickness tolerances
-   Our tin clad foils are produced without using any fluxes 
    in whole process


Surface up-graded foils are produced in coil.
Most dimensions are also available as sheet, cut to length, not levelled.
Narrow slit dimensions, mainly in widths below 8 mm (0.32") are available in pancake coils or on traverse wound spools.
