The support of sustainable development and social commitment has great importance to us. Therefore we decided to participate in the UN Global Compact since 2016. The UN Global Compact is a voluntary association, which determines principles and obligations with regard to human rights, fair working conditions, environmental protection and prevention of corruption. The ten principles of the UN Global Compact are consequentially supported, promoted and implemented.

We duly assume responsibility for the preservation and protection of the environment. For us, compliance with legal and agreed environmental standards goes without saying. We maintain cooperative contact to the authorities in charge and the members of the general public concerned. We respect the interests of our neighbors. We always endeavor to use fewer resources. This applies for our production processes and for our products. We pay close attention to clarifying aspects relevant to energy and the environment as early as in the development phase, and we take account of these aspects as far as possible. Reducing or avoiding waste has top priority.
We use appropriate means and the best technologies available in order to reduce environmental pollution to a minimum, even beyond the scope of applicable regulations. We are progressively reducing our energy consumption. We have also integrated our suppliers in this process.
