Girls Day at SCHLENK on 29 April 2016

Girls Day is an action day held throughout Germany once a year during which girls can take a look at professions normally inclined to be male-dominated.

Eight interested girls also came to SCHLENK, wishing to get to know careers in production and technology and try a few things out. One girl even came from as far away as Pregnitz to get an idea of the chemical industry in Barnsdorf and Bernlohe. The others, currently in the seventh and eighth grades, came from the Roth District.
