We believe that sporty employees are also fit at work! And it doesn't necessarily have to be a marathon. But if you want to stay fit and healthy well into old age, you shouldn't do without regular exercise. Just 1-2 hours of moderate sport per week (e.g. fast walking, running, cycling) have a positive effect on long-term health and contribute to prevention.
