SCHLENK Flexible Flat Cable

Schlenk Metallfolien GmbH & Co. KG manufactures copper foils with excellent physical and electrical properties. The foils are used in the automotive industry as flexible flat cable (FFC) among others in the airbag clockspring. The choice of selected materials, the production process and the capability to produce thinnest copper foil in a thickness of e.g. 35 µm and thinner enables production of flexible flat cables which will endure several million turning cycles.
